These Terms of Service constitute a binding agreement between you (the user or buyer) and Qionghai Kanyuxi Trading Co., Ltd. By accessing our website and purchasing our services, you agree to accept all terms below.
 

1. Service Description

We provide digital design asset sales, custom UI design, UX visual optimization, icon design, graphic design and related visual customization services. All services are provided in accordance with confirmed customer requirements.
 

2. Payment & Order Rules

All service fees and product prices are final. Customers shall complete payment before project commencement or asset access. We reserve the right to adjust prices according to product updates and service upgrades.
 

3. Revision & Delivery Policy

Each custom design project includes a limited number of free revisions as agreed. Extra revisions will generate additional fees. We will deliver design works within the agreed cycle. Delays caused by customer failure to provide materials or confirm drafts are not our responsibility.
 

4. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All undelivered and unconfirmed design drafts remain the intellectual property of our company. After full payment, customers obtain commercial usage rights for the final delivered works. Resale, redistribution, or secondary distribution of our digital assets and design templates is strictly prohibited.
 

5. User Obligations

Users shall not use our design products and services for illegal, obscene, violent, infringing or improper purposes. Users shall bear full legal responsibility for their usage behavior.
 

6. Service Limitation & Liability

We guarantee the quality of delivered design works. We are not liable for any indirect losses, profit losses or third-party disputes caused by improper user usage.
 

7. Agreement Update

We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time. Updated terms will take effect after official publication on the website.
