This Refund Policy applies to all digital design assets and custom UI/UX design services provided by Qionghai Kanyuxi Trading Co., Ltd.
 

1. Digital Asset Products

All digital files, design templates, icon packs, and downloadable design assets are non-refundable after purchase and download, due to the nature of non-revocable digital delivery.
 

2. Custom Design Service Refund Rules

Full refund is available if you cancel the custom order within 48 hours of payment and we have not started any design work.
Partial refund will be calculated according to the completed design progress if we have provided drafts, sketches or preliminary design solutions.
No refund will be offered once design drafts are delivered, confirmed, or used for personal or commercial purposes.
 

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not applicable for requirement changes, unlimited revisions, unilateral order cancellation, or dissatisfaction caused by indefinite repeated modifications.
 

4. Refund Process

To apply for a refund, please contact our support team with your order information and payment proof. We will review your application within 3–7 working days.
